With over 15 years’ experience in UK publishing, Matt Wilson has worked across editorial, production and author-support roles for independent presses and self-publishing imprints. Early in his career, he trained as a Book Proofreader, developing a close attention to detail that still shapes how his team edits manuscripts today.
Matt founded British Book Publishing in 2014 to give authors a more personal, transparent alternative to traditional publishing houses. Since then, he has overseen hundreds of titles from first draft through to finished book, building an in-house team covering editorial, typesetting and design.
