Description
Project Name:- Bepari Bari.
Address:- Char Sahebani, Bhaber-Char, Munshiganj.
Area:- Ground floor 1450 sq ft, second floor 1390 sq ft, roof 400 sq ft. Total 3240 sq ft.
Cost:- Approximate 90 lakh to 95 lakh taka.
This house is being built in Char Sahebani village, Munshiganj district.
The client is a Dutch expatriate.
He wants to build this house for his parents. He wants the most beautiful house in his area.
Their plot is quite big and open.
So we proposed to the client, give us the freedom and time to design. He also gave us the time as promised.
Even though we got the time and freedom, the main challenge was his budget. The budget is fixed.
His only thing is that the budget cannot be crossed.
We also visited the plot as per his request and completed the design work after discussing with him.
The work of the house is currently underway.
It should be noted that the work of this house is completely our responsibility from start to finish. Inshallah, we will complete the entire house work as per the design and hand over the keys to them.
Details of the building:-
On the ground floor there are:
1) A formal living (drawing) room.
2) A dining room.
3) A kitchen.
4) A pantry.
5) A common toilet.
6) A master bed and attached toilet.
7) A normal bed and attached toilet.
8) An outdoor sitting area.
9) A lily pond.
On the second floor there are:
1) A family living room.
2) Two master bedrooms, toilet and balcony.
3) One normal bedroom.
4) One common toilet.
On the roof there are:
1) One multipurpose room.
In addition, we have made a beautiful design of the roof by landscaping and seating the entire roof.
