A modern flat for rent (5th floor) at House No. 83, Road No. 8, Prashanthi Residential Area, Colonel Hut, with two large master beds, drawing dining, low and high commodes and balcony. Monthly rent fixed 12,000/- per month. Both Pani Dip and Wasa are available (24 hours). Awaiting approval for gas line, will have to use cylinder until line arrives. We will give the cylinder, you will only take it for refilling at the end of the month. We have people on call who will come and hand over refilled cylinders.
